450g Beak & Sons Original burger patties
6 mini bread rolls
¼ cup milk
BBQ or tomato sauce to serve (optional)
Salt & pepper to season
1. Remove the skin from the sausages and form 6 patties.
Heat a little olive oil in a frypan over low heat and cook the patties for
3-4 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
2. Heat a little olive oil in a medium frypan over medium heat.
Whisk the eggs with the milk and season with a little salt and pepper.
Pour into the frypan and stir gently from time to time until just cooked.
3. Cut the rolls in half (toast if desired) and fill each with a sausage patty
and a serve of the egg. Add a dollop of sauce to each roll.
