Meatball Pizza:

METHOD

Meatball Pizza

1. Empty contents into pot.
2. Heat on medium for 10 minutes.
3. Start with your base spread meatball sauce on base of pizza.
4. Sprinkle the mozzarella on base.
5. Add your meatballs on the top.
6. Spread the rest of the sauce and cheese on top of the meatballs.
7. Place in the oven and cook for 15 minutes at 200C fan forced.
8. Ready to serve.

Assemble
Plate your meatball sub, salad, and garlic bread together. Bon Appetit!

  • Romaine lettuce, shredded
  • Black olives, halved
  • Tomatoes, chopped
  • Red onion, sliced
  • Mozzarella (or cheese of choice)
  • Italian dressing
Garlic Bread:
  • Baguette
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
(Or use pre-made garlic bread) Method: Garlic Bread:
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Slice baguette ¾ of the way through, making each slice about 1inch wide.
  3. Mix melted butter with minced garlic.
  4. Spoon garlic butter into the slices.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Meatball Subs:
  1. Prepare meatballs according to package instructions.
  2. Slice sub rolls and spread butter on each side.
  3. Add meatballs and sauce, top with mozzarella, close the roll.
Italian Salad:
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Drizzle with dressing and toss to coat.
Assemble:
  • Plate your meatball sub, salad, and garlic bread together. Bon Appetit!
