Ingredients:
- 2 x Beak & Sons Ready-To-Pull BBQ Pork Shoulder
- 8 slider buns or small brioche buns
- 2 cups coleslaw mix
- ¼ cup mayo
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Pickles (optional)
- Extra BBQ sauce for serving
Method:
- Prepare pork shoulder according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt and pepper. Toss well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Lightly toast slider buns on a BBQ or pan until golden.
- Warm the pulled pork and gently shred with forks if needed.
Assemble:
- Fill each bun with pulled pork, top with coleslaw and pickles if desired.
